Ukuchitheka kwendle okuqhubekayo eDolobheni laseMatlosana, ikakhulukazi e-Orkney nase-Alabama, kanye nokulungiswa okulibazisekile kwemigodi engaphansi komhlaba eStilfontein kubhekwe njengokwephulwa kwamalungelo esithunzi, ukuphepha, kanye nokuphila, njengoba kuchaziwe embikweni we-SAHRC futhi kwabikwa kabanzi yi-News24 ngomhlaka-22 Novemba 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Ngenxa yalokho, i-SAHRC iyalele omasipala abathintekayo ukuthi babhekane nokuchitheka kwendle zingakapheli amahora angama-24 futhi bathumele izinhlelo zokusebenza ezinemininingwane zezinsuku ezingama-90 zokulungisa izinkinga zokulethwa kwezinsizakalo. \u201cUmbiko udalula ukwehluleka kwesistimu ekuhlinzekweni kwezinsizakalo eziyisisekelo, okuhlanganisa amanzi, ukuhlanzeka, ukuphathwa kwemfucuza, kanye nokugcinwa kwemigwaqo kanye nomthelela wazo emalungelweni omthethosisekelo wezakhamuzi,\u201d kusho iKhomishini esitatimendeni sayo esisemthethweni sabezindaba.<\/p>\n<h4>Imiphumela Yezomthetho Nezepolitiki<\/h4>\n<p>Okutholakele kweKhomishini kumelela icala elisemthethweni lokwehluleka komasipala kanye nezifundazwe ukuhlangabezana nezibopho zomthethosisekelo kanye nezomthetho, ikakhulukazi ekuqinisekiseni ukufinyelela kwamanzi ahlanzekile, ukuhlanzeka okusebenzayo, kanye nogesi othembekile kubahlali. Ngokusho kwe-SAHRC kanye ne-News24, lokhu kwehluleka kuwukwephulwa kwamalungelo abantu okusobala ngaphansi koMthethosisekelo waseNingizimu Afrika.<\/p>\n<p>Umbiko ubiza uguquko oluphuthumayo, njengoba ukuwa kwezinsizakalo okuqhubekayo kunemiphumela eqondile empilweni yomphakathi, isithunzi, kanye nokuzinza komphakathi.
